Briefly explain the trade: He's selling this account, which he states in one topic to be created by him, but in another one he says that it originally wasn't his account. Also a couple of guys accused him of scamming, yet they don't really have a lot of proof (http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=841010 on the 3rd page). Also the account is now 28 or 22 defence and has no cash, yet he doesn't state that on his new topic.

How they scammed: They haven't... yet.
