That's what I've found. NordVPN's Turkey servers are either blocked or still in USD. SurfShark's Turkey Server also doesn't work because it geoleaks into the UK. So far, going into Indian Rupees is the cheapest I can feasibly do. I never got any Brazilian servers to work

So apparently this doesn't work. It goes through on Jagex's end, but then the bank will eventually reject the payment because it does not match the billing address on file.

My account is locked and I can't pay off the owed balance in any other currency or else it will be rejected again.

    Awesome

I did Indian Rupees cause they were the cheapest that were readily available.

Imma contact the bank, see if I can change the billing address or something

Did they give you a ban mark on your account? If you pay it off in USD are you back in business?

Sorry for not getting back, was travelling.

So after a few calls with the bank I got it figured out. There was a temporary hold on my credit account that the bank put. I'm guessing because it was a new account buying a bunch of game stuff from India.

After having them remove the hold, I was able to get the VPN up and running and was able to pay off the whole balance in Indian Rupees, at the Rupee price. The account got unlocked and it's been smooth sailing for me.

The weirdest part was, Jagex only put part of the total "debt" of the account in the cart at a time. So I had to checkout with like a 3rd of the total price, 3 separate times.
