Favorite Book Series?

Hey so pretty much post here and let me know what your favorite book series is... and who'd you'd recommend it to. Because i need to find a new book to read

Used to read Cirque de Freak or whatever it's called.

Not too much into series anymore. They seem to go on forever.

 

Isn't this supposed to be in literary arts? :S

Oh well. My favorite series was and still is the Vampire Diaries. It was awesome ;D They made it into a TV show too :love:

 

Series Of Unfortunate Events ! Many years ago that was, read them all.

 

My favorite is the Harry Potter books, been re-reading them since I was about 8 yrs old. My other ones are the Narnia, LOTR and Lemony Snicket books. I like the classic fantasy ones, they're my favorite. I also read the Twilight saga, I enjoyed that too.

And Lemony Snicket books, they're definitely second on my list, I love them.

 

I've not read any of the harry Potters, dont plan to till the last movie comes out. i reckon i might start hte seriies of unfortunate events.

 

Alex Rider series was good. Series of Unfortunate Events was also a brilliant series. 14 books long I believe.

The power of 5 (Also by Anthony Horowitz, author of the Alex Rider series) I have yet to read, but I will probably order them soon.

 

Most of the suggestions seem to be aimed at young kids, but my favourite series would have to be the Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy trilogy of five.

 

My favorite books are mostly part of my childhood, books I read when I was young tend to be my favorites now. I read all the books above when I was young and still enjoy them..

 

I'm not trying to offend anybody, was just saying that my suggestion didn't really fit in with Cherub and so on.

Harry Potter.

 

It's between Harry Potter and the Inheritance Cycle for first place, and The Da Vinci Code series and the Odd Thomas books for second place.

These are great for anyone who doesn't mind a large book.

Harry potter is over rated

 

Cherub was Awesome. I didn't read the second book though.. I liked The Hunger Games series aswell. Btw this is in the wrong section, Theres a section for Books etc.
