If she's one of your best friends, why are you treating her as if she's your girlfriend? Around where I live, the girls' parents don't meet the girls' friend unless it's her boyfriend. I don't know if it's different where you live or whatever.

If you're interested in her, you should ask her out. Go to the movies. No, not watching movies at your house or hers. It's not the same. Meet her parents. Make sure they approve of you. Have you seen her since 5th grade? It's a bit odd to go out with someone you haven't seen for years. Keep it casual though. She might not like you that way.

 

Necromancer, im not treating her as my girlfriend... and she wanted me to meet her parents so that they can see wat kind of person i am and they will let her go out with me to the movies or something since they are kinda protective of her. yea its the same principle as where u live.

I am intrested in her i wanted to but i just saw her on monday and yea... thought it would be to soon so i didnt. We planning to go to the movies on saturday with some friends (They calling it a double date >_>) The thing is i really dont remember her from the 5th grade... She said that i used to make fun of her and think i was smarter than her (which i actually am XD) yea i know she might not like me that way but hey, u never know. Im just hoping for the best.

 

Well, we got bored and played truth or dare... (texting) and she asked me if i liked any girl at all and wat was her name... I told her it was her and it got a bit awkward after that... She kept asking me if i wanted something to to happen between us tommorow i said idk.... Then i asked her if she saw me differently because of it and she said not really but that she liked me also.... (im her make believe husband and have a son with her XD) and yea she told me that while he was telling our new son about me that the son said that she was describing me some weird way that made it look like she liked me... She gave me a shit load of reasons why she liked me and i was surprised... After 10 mins of awkward texting between me and her i find out she likes me alot to... So idk if this is good or bad... We going to the movies tommorow with 2 other friends and idk if i should ask her out or no? advice please

 

Man, the only advice I can give you is from personal experience. Ask her out, don't make a mistake and wait to long and try to get to know her alot till you wanna ask her out. If you like her go for it, if she rejects you it isn't like there won't be any more girls in your life. I made a mistake by not making a move and it cost me alot because I took my time. If you like this girl do what you feel is right, Take a drink of something to ease the tension and do it man. Do it before you will regret it later on.

If you are not sure how to ask her, do it face to face. Don't do it texting, Don't do it online. Do it face to face, and do make it easier to talk to her and ask her. Start off by calling her, your going out on Saturday? Then call her a few hours before and ask her where she is, and how was her day, and make conversation on the phone so when you finally meet at the movies it won't be hard to jump right in to conversation. Before the movie starts, see what movies are at the Cinema and briefly suggest seeing a certain movie with her next week. See what she says and then go about your day. After when your all leaving ask her on a date to go to the movies again. That way you have already suggested earlier in the day you want to come back here so it won't be unexpected and she will know what your intentions are.

That is my little advice for you, don't know what to tell you except not to waste time and if you like her then go for it.

 

ok guys she said yes. I got there like 10 mins late and 2 of our friends were there waiting. We called her and she said her parents were being asses and didnt wanted to bring her but somehow they let her come . When she got her we didnt talk at all for some reason. I guess we were both nervous since both of our friends were bf and gf and both of us knew i was going to ask her out today. After 20 mins we still couldnt decide a movie so we watched Letters to juliet. (gay ass movie btw) So we got in and i sat next to her and during the first 30 mins we just joked around about wat we saw in the movie and we got asked by 2 girls to shush but we just laughed and continued. After a while i was holding her hand and just left it there. Almost halfway through she put her head on my shoulder and i put my head ontop of hers ( i was sooooo nervous no joke) And we just kept staring at each other and i got my guts together and asked her to be my girlfriend. She smiled said yes and we were making out. Our other 2 friends kept bothering us and yea we just ignored it and kept on going. When the movie ended we were still kissing and our friends had to yell at us for us to realize movie was over. While we waited for our ride home me and her kept holding hands and making out. This mall cop told us to stop becuase this was a "family center" even tho it was like 10:30pm and hardly anyone was there. And we found out her mom was at the theaters watching karate kid (we were gonig to watch that but it was sold out and the next movie started ahour later so we watched letters to juliet instead) and she asked our friend to give her a ride since they lived near each other. When the ride got here i said by to my 2 friends and lastly her. We hugged and kissed for like 10 seconds and she left. Omg i was so happy when she said yes. Im so happy Thx for your help guys

Your situation looks good. Relax and see what happens. I wouldn't make any promises to yourself saying like "I'm going to ask her out tonight" but if you find a time were you're comfortable to ask then do it.
