How they scammed:
payment due, missed multiple deadlines
$4000 in total
2k before getting acccess
4x 500$ at the end of the month. Last Payment was end of November, so about 3 months missed.

So far ChaseDaBag#5421 has paid off $2490/$4000. By missing the deadline, ChaseDaBag#5421 has triggered the annulment provision of the agreement, giving you the right to annul the agreement. An annulment results in the obligating that both users exert themselves to undo the sale, meaning:

@MyPvM is in their right to claim their good and recover the account
@MyPvM when triggered, will have to return the $2490 to ChaseDaBag#5421. Because ChaseDaBag#5421 is not active at the moment, MyPVM can hold this lump for them.
