Reporting C R Y P T I C - Scammer [Proof]

So yesterday, I traded a sythe member named C R Y P T I C for his level 3 hunter with 99 Hunter and 40M. He was going to go first and this is how the trade was going to work which he agreed to: He would go first by giving me all information to the account, then I would send him half of the payment, and then I would send a recovery appeal with the info he gave me, and then once the appeal was accepted, I would send him the next half. But if the appeal was denied, I would return the pure back and he would refund the $15 back as well. After I received all the account information, I sent him the $15 and then sent a recovery appeal. Unfortunately he had to go since it was very late and after an hour, I found out that the appeal was denied and C R Y P T I C said in his own words that he would refund me the money if the appeal was denied but he didn't and recovered his pure back so here I am with my $15 gone and no account.

It was on accident, didn't know it was cutted. Does this mean he is not going to be banned? Even without the scroll bar, I provided the whole conversation.

 

We need to see the scroll bar to see when the convo ends as there could have been more.
