Banned for "attempting to selling my account"

Hey, I was earlier asked if I wanted to sell my Sythe account to "$ Phantom $" (who is now banned), and he told me we could just share it.

So, I was thinking, it's a WIN WIN situation, I'll get a free $500, and still have access to do as I please on my Sythe account, and he'll get an account where he can skill / MM, etc on a "more trusted account."

He requested a PM, which I copy / pasted what he told me to, and PMed him via Sythe. After telling him I was going to sell it, I quickly reviewed the rules, to see what was going on, and if it was aloud to have more then 1 member on an account.
Which I saw,
- Account Sharing: only 1 user is allowed to use an account here at sythe.org

I then told "$ Phantom $" that I could no longer sell my Sythe account, as it is against the rules, and is a permanent banned, which I wasn't willing to take the risk, or break the rules.

Yes, I was tempted to sell my account, but I told him that I couldn't, and that I was sorry.

He then told me, that if I didn't share my Sythe account with him, I would be banned, I denied his request.

He NEVER sent me any money via PayPal, and I never gave him control of my Sythe account.

I'm quite trusted, with about 80 vouches, and have helped out many people in the past, and hope to in the future. I would really like to stay at this community, as I was very active, and have been quite loyal ever since I joined. If you're nice enough to give me a TWC, or Unban me, I will read the rules over thoroughly before anything else.

You've been on Sythe for more than a year and are a guru yet you don't know that sharing your account is against the rules? It's common sense..

I'll leave this open for more opinions, however Pen has requested the ban.

 

I'd say unban, he didn't commit any wrongs...
