Dungeoneering Weapons

Has anyone here actually used them / seen them in use?
I've heard they're epic.
One of them I believe is better than a Godsword.

 

The one you're talking about is very slightly worse stat-wise to a godsword, but it's faster. Isn't there some sort of charge on them though? And they have no specs.

 

I've seen them used. They aren't that impressive.

Think of it as a godsword without a special attack, there isn't much depth to the weapon itself. I think they might throw in special attack's for them later, though.

They're called "chaotic" weapons. There are a few of them to choose from; a rapier, a longsword, a maul, etc.

Well, as opposed to a godsword, they cost nothing. But you need to gather 200k tokens in order to purchase one, which is extremely time consuming. You also need to have like 80 dungeoneering which a tough task within itself.

Lasts you like 8+ hours of combat before you need a recharge. It all just seems like a complete hassle, buy a godsword.

When dungeoneering first came out, I was reading a few articles which made these weapons seem so much better than godswords. Thus, I actually trained dungeoneering to 60..now I realize what a big mistake I made. lol.

 

Yeah, there was a huge hype behind the skill. No surprise it was a letdown like most of Jagex's new updates.

The only pieces of dungeoneering equipment I find slightly useful are the books for magic that can save you runes.

 

I hear the Bonecrusher is great. Any bones in the inventory get automatically buried. Set up your bot at level 3 goblins in goblin village and love the prayer exp.

 

I've heard about it, never tried it.
Do you know the prayer exp/hour doing that?

They are great in F2P as ko weapons, but IDK about P2P.

 

The Chaotic Rapier I believe it is called, is the best of them all. It is fast and hits upwards of 60s.

 

Chaotic longsword- 1 handed godsword

 

Raiper is good for slayer and stuff, it's basically a gs with the speed of a whip, longsword has higher strength but the speed of a normal longsword which is good for pvm

 

I have a cls and it was totatly worth getting.

 

I fought some guy with the Chaotic Rapier in the Duel Arena.
Holy shit, that thing is really good.

 

Yeah I mean JaGeX is stupid but when it comes to wasting like 200 hours of your life they will make it worth it (These weapons are worth it).

 

My friend has b4 and yes the chaotic maul is better then a godsword and so is the longsword because of many things,
1. the maul is high str and hits very often as 2 see most people dont have good crush def,
2. the chaotic longsword is like the stats of a godsword but -5 str under i think and it is 1 handed making u able to weild a sheild to boost ur str, so basicly it is a godsword that is 1 handed, so yes these are better then a godsword ;P

The longsword is actually really good because it's as fast as a longsword and hits almost like a gs.
