Alright!
I would make a skiller, first do a skill like mining, wc or hunter. get around 5m on your account. then Bot it and get 99 fm. that shouldn't take to long!
Mining for 5m in living rick caves or botting it should be fast to.
then You should bot it and try go for a high rc lvl because not many skillers have hight rc, but if this is to much work then you should try getting it thieving or wc to 99!
I think lvl 3 skillers are so much rarer and cooler than pure!
Anyway good luck =P

Go with a VLS pure. Get:

61 range

80+ strength

1 def

1 prayer

20 attack (get climbing boots)

60 mage

Use range/VLS for KO, and if you want something really extreme get 20 defense for the Vesta Armour. Good luck, hope I get the pin

 

make a 10hp quest pure, so try to complete as many quests as you can while staying at 10 hp. much more fun than a pure or skiller because you can aim to complete quests such as mm or if thats a little too hard try lost city first, and your account would gain alot more respect as it only has 10hp

I'm suggesting something fun and new that was great for staking, I could of been like everyone else and just suggested a 60 attack 99 strength 1 defense pure, but I didn't. Read the thread. Pure mage pking with spell book swap is one of the most impressive and fun ways to pk. I'm assuming you've never seen it from your boring suggestion.

Farcast's method might actually work with all the recent mage updates.
You can already hit nearly 400 with ice barrage without arcane stream necklace, and a lot higher with it. So if you can find somebody who agrees to fight you straight without praying you very well stand a chance of koing. In addition, with tank gear you're still a lot more accurate then your opponent. Hell, you can even use shadow spells to lower their attack level and hope they don't notice ^.^
