I think if you want to get in favor of them you should follow necro's suit.

If you don't want them in favor of your next app, then you should do things like this and make bad comments to them without evidence or reason.

Perhaps suggest HOW they can improve and WHY they should improve.

 

It took 5 days because the user education team were split on whether you should join or not. There's also a thread that you can post on for asking what you did want an improvements, I can assure you our team are very good judgers. Don't assume that R33l, me and our team simply denied your application without a good reasoning.

 

You do realize that all the UE's vote on the application and that is the decision?

If you are really looking for an answer, outside of your posts on you application and your guides, every single one of your recent posts is basically a piece of spam on an RS account log or a staff thread.

My vote is won based on your helpfullness around Sythe and being an active helpful poster there, which you have not done any. Your guides were decent, but that isnt the whole vote. Stop bitching and start making a change for the better; this thread will not help you get into UE.

 

By insulting our HUEs of not judging you fairly, you are insulting our entire team. Your application was judged by our entire team. So basically, you are insulting US. We were split on whether you should join or not. This thread will not help you. So as Dalps said, how dare you.

We want someone who can make good, helpful posts around the forums. What you posted was mostly spam/bumpS. We also want mature people, who can take defeat like a man.

 

Face it. You only want the rank. You can't expect to come out of the blue, write five guides within a few days and expect to join the UE. I bet the UE team felt that you were not ready to handle the responsibilities. And oh, nice double posting up there. Ever heard of editing?

 

I am mature, i just needed help with what i wrote, such as tips and stuff, i used them then i have others saying dont put too much of this and that, i want to become a Ue but guess my chances are over, i apologise to all, i was just really looking forward to this.

Your posts should be less spammy. Help people out. Write more good guides. Always be mature and courteous. Apply back in a month

 

Personally , I think the UE's do an amazing Job - And there descesions are allways for the best...

I think he understands the reasons behind our vote now and I do apologize for not providing a clear reason as to why you were denied. You are right, you do deserve that reason.
