Terms of Service that was agreed to: He first lied about being the OO of the account and afterwards admitted it and took recovery responsibility for it, till today the customer who I sold this to for tendyies doesn't have the account or his money and tendyies claims he "couldn't" recover/unlock it and the user who I sold this account to is @CoinRS he was aware that he is OO and showed him all evidence and he can also confirm this to staff.

I can confirm that I did in fact purchase this account and was not informed by either party that it could not/would not be recovered, I was only informed that it had a ban in the past for buying gold. If staff members want screenshots/videos of anything relating to this purchase they can PM me directly as any evidence will contain a lot of information that would need redacted. I also want to make it clear that I'm not picking sides in any of this but I will provide any and all information pertaining to this report as per staff requests.

*Screenshots and video clips have already been taken on my side of things as to avoid tampering from either party.

 

I would like to start of by saying that I have nothing to do with this report, however I will be responding to this report on behalf of Doberman as he is not available to be at his PC for a lengthy amount of time. Permission has been given by @Yoshiki

This account is a 2277 that I was OO of, that Abe sold for $1500 to “A”

I received $200 for it.


No terms of service were agreed to at the time of sale. However before the sale, Abe was made aware that the account had a RWT warning, as well as the entire account had been botted on. (2 pics in this Imgur)


Abe is trying to say this account is recovered, but the truth is, the account was locked and I am not able to get it unlocked. Which I believe is due to multiple moves since the original creation date, u am no longer living at the same location that the account was created. Maybe I am doing it the incorrect way since I’ve never attempted to recover it.



I believe Abe is salty because he is banned because he not only recovered an account from me and owes me $560 , but he will now have to pay this customer back $1500 since he can’t assist him with his account sale. He is claiming his account was compromised but I personally don’t believe it. If his discord was compromised, how is he able to delete his parts of our conversation?

Nonetheless, since no terms of service were agreed too, I am responsible for 2 years per Sythe rules, since I am not able to assist with the unlock of the account. The total refund owed by me would be $200 CAD to Abe since he purchased the account from me

For clarification, regardless of the RWT ban or botting, locked/recoveries are the responsibility of the OO in this case it is you even though @tendyies lied multiple times, I understand he may be your friend which is why you have a bias and you are saying I am "salty" but the fact is clear cut, he lied multiple times about this account and he even lied about purchasing an account from @RSAccountsFarm which is another story for another day..

I will let staff take over when they have time, however as I said previously, it doesn't matter what the account has in terms of bans, what matters is he lied about being OO multiple times and now you are saying you are the "OO" even though you couldn't unlock it, regardless what the truth is.. he is liable for lying to both me and the customer and not resolving the issue to begin with and clarifying.. if I knew he wasn't the OO before I wouldn't of agreed to get involved in this mess and all this would of been prevented.

We did make multiple account recovery attempts to get the account unlocked, proof in screenshots. I think Chell meant to say you never recovered the account meaning you didn't steal the account back as per the title of the post, I believe the title of the post was a mistake tho, nonetheless I paid a total of $1500 (records in PayPal receipts and screenshot confirmations). Who the money went to is up to Abe and Tendyies to figure out by providing records of the transactions and confirmations and it's up to staff to figure out who is liable and where the liability should be credited to.

Just for some clarity in case it wasn't clear in the last post when @tendyies asked me to sell this account for him, he said he was content and happy with $200 and this is when I thought he was OO when he claimed it, and agreed he doesn't care and any profit I make is mines..

I paid him and transferred the account to @CoinRS successfully and the deal was done, when the account was locked and the supposed "OO" couldn't get it, this is where I have an issue, even though @CoinRS didn't want to pursue this report but I didn't find it fair that @tendyies could lie about being OO multiple times on many occasions when I gave him so many chances to admit it and rectify the situation but he picked to ignore and stay under the radar.


Once again, if I knew @tendyies wasn't the original owner I would of never dived into this type of deal but trusted his word and sadly lied about it.

I will let staff decide what happens here but even @ChellBell was not able to get the account back even though they claimed they are the "OO".

 

I do also want to note that I never wanted to initiate this report, Tendyies had told me before to report both him and Abe (chat logs in the video clips) for everything that had happened regarding this account sale but I never did that because I believed it was a mistake on all of us. Yes, losing $1500 kinda sucks, but at the end of the day it's just money. If staff decides to hold people liable is up to them and I will assist them in that endeavor to that end if they so choose.

but thats aside from the point I do believe that as an account seller you are required to disclose all issues pertaining to the account to prospective buyers. Which I did to Abe namely account being botted+ rwt warning. I am more than willing to pay @CoinRS the $200 CAD I received. However due to Abe’s non-disclosure to secure the sale. Which I believe @ChellBell posted on my behalf shows that clearly. I made it clear to Abe the issues pertaining to the account. However he chose not to disclose this hence I do believe he should be solely liable for this issue.

 

@tendyies this isn't about the money, it is about the fact you lied and you are still trying to play the "victim" card..

Any bans of any sort has nothing to do with locks and recovery responsibility, so please don't try to stir things to manipulate it to your own narrative please.

I was honest with @CoinRS about every single detail from the start and was upfront, didn't lie to sell or manipulate like you are doing now, he can prove anything and has all relevant documents so please don't even try.

But for starters you say I’m lying I’m dishonest I’d like to note while not a lot I’ve been trusted with money far above your current net worth (we’ll get to this in a second) just ask @grian32, @Semp and @CozyCoaster and to date we’ve not had a single issue.

And in return I’ve trusted them with large sums of money as well, @Worthy Services whom @grian32 represents were recently working on my account which had a worth of 3b as they are the #1 service provider.

But let’s move onto you. I know with absolute confidence that you’ve recently had some legal issues how have those gone? I’m in no way threatening you when I say come Monday I will be in contact with an individual who your lawyer can verify (feel free to DM me I’ll provide you with all the proof you’d need to know I’m in not bluffing). with substantiated proof of these charges you’ve been charged with. Now why would an honest and guilt admitting individual such as yourself require the local police service for crimes committed over the internet.
