Explanation of the trade:

After working for many years with Bipollaire Bear (BiPollaire Bear | Sell & Trade Game Items | OSRS Gold | ELO (sythe.org)) , due to the lack of work flow I was recommended to work as an OSRS Services worker with GetTaxed, after having completed some work without any problem, I decided to create 3 SOTE + 1100 Lvl accounts since my role is Account Builder within your Discord server, after several months, since for various reasons it took me longer than expected, yesterday the accounts were terminated where a few hours after having informed GetTaxed of the termination of the accounts the Data from these 3 accounts were changed and not only their password but also their emails, thus leaving me without payment for my mother's medicines and without the accounts either.

How they scammed:


One of the GetTaxed requirements when creating an account is that you must create the OSRS account yourself and also the linked email and provide it with all this information, provide the information of the 3 accounts and the linked emails of the 3 accounts since the month of September where he had his previous Discord Server

2 days ago after finishing all the requirements for the SOTE quest, another of the workers did the quest for me, having left him the information of only 2 accounts that already met the requirements

After this and getting into the accounts in the morning with no problem i asked GetTaxed many times when he's getting online because accs were done and i was needing the money to buy some medicines, the amount was 70$ for EACH acc

the third account was NOT eligible for the SOTE Quest and the only people with the information from this third account was GetTaxed and me

I clarify this because the first two accounts were manipulated not only by me and GetTaxed but also by another GetTaxed server worker named Wombat


i Got Scammed for 3 SOTE accounts and now i cant recover these idk why because i was the creator of the accounts, details are changed and GetTaxed is refusing to pay me for the accounts


NOTE : All the pics from the other GetTaxed server are not available because it got deleted entirely, but on that server i gave him all the info including emails, etc etc etc

I claim my accounts or the payment of 210$ (70$ea acc) because my job is not for free GetTaxed if you desire a discount pm me, but DONT SCAM PEOPLE

 

The information you say that you sent (if you did send) would of been in my previous server that got banned along with my previous discord.

You created the logins for these accounts they are not my tutorial accounts.

The accounts are well passed due date (I actually forgot about them/gave up on them).

The way our system works we do not hold any account information until builds are completed.

No one is scamming you for 3 accounts.

First deal was for 2 accounts so not sure where the third one came from.

You created the accounts and as a supplier you MUST be able to recover them, so as I said…recover them.

Because of these accusations I do not want to work with you.

The price you have is also wrong, it was $60 each at the time, also deduct the money I spent on the accounts starting GP + quest.

You owe me for GP I gave to you in order to create the accounts plus 70M for questing.

The GP for the start of the accounts I have no proof of as was in old server.

The quests you have provided the SS for so please let me know when you are ready to pay.

Can ask any staff member of my server or my suppliers, NO account information is asked of or stored until completion.

You must be able to recover the accounts if you use your own tutorial accounts otherwise the purchase amount will be deducted from your balance.

I am not interested in a back and forth, the security of the account is on you.

Mods if you need anything please do let me know.

 

You take advantage of changing the parameters of our deal because you deleted all the old server where in your rules it was to deliver all the information first before starting, and where we had agreed to $70 due to the urgent need to have SOTE accounts for sale


And of course I tried to recover the accounts but the requests so far have been denied by Jagex

I warned you to return the accounts or I was going to proceed in sythe because the one who had all the information on the accounts was only you, including the third one that was not ready

@Kanye - Sorry man the old server got deleted I don't think I have a copy/screen shot of TOS that was agreed, I did look through but because my actual discord account got banned everything went with it.

Either way I have not received any accounts.

I'm confused on the logic to be honest... If one of my customers ordered accounts from me and we agree a price on completion and then I am unable to deliver the accounts, I'm not going to go asking them for the money.

Going to say this again - @Orteganito you are the OO of the accounts, recover them.

I'm glad it happened now rather then later, imagine I sold those accounts and then customer needed to recover/unlock or something you wouldn't of been able to do it and that goes against my standard TOS for customer warranty and you would of had to pay me back for those accounts.

As OO account security is 100% your responsibility, just the same as it is mine when I sell accounts I am OO of.

 

Of course im the Original Owner of the account, but i've tried to recover it and Jagex Denied, i've accesed with no problems on the acc that day in the morning and after i told you the account is done details got changed

U keep telling me im the original owner but i gave you entire details of all the accounts in the old discord server, because your Terms and conditions told that we need to do that, i trusted in you and all my effort mate.

You know you have these accounts including the 3rd one, please explain the mods again why you say that the deal were 2 accounts after the proof, you're liying

@GetTaxed you can keep the accounts and sell these on ur shop, thats not a problem for me, i tell you again, if you want a discount due to the longtime ive finished it perfect, lets negotiate, but im NOT going to gift you my effort on these accounts

 

Proof I'm lying because you say 3 accounts - I only agreed to 2 accounts, I wasn't really around during December and majority of January so just when I saw a message from you i replied to the actual message not a number.... although if you did make 3 I would of bought it no doubt.

I will keep saying you are OO because you say you are.

Nothing from the old server was saved or even noted down (i wish it was would of made my current job so much easier).
Our account system is completely different to what you describe.

When you are ready to pay back the 70M for my guys questing the account for you let me know please.

I can not add anything to further this report so I will await a mod.
