Guide Verifiers

I have suggest this idea numerous times. Without any talk about it.

I would definatley think I'd be a good Guide 'Verifier' when it comes to krunch time.

However , Although this is the Mods job - They do it for good will , not because they have to...

Heh. I wouldn't ever be one of these guide verifiers because my account sucks. It would be good to get paid guides for free though. >_> If you ever were to leak and have a OMM/UE rank, those ranks should be removed along with a one month ban. So yeah, support, even though I never bought a guide and never will. They're all horsecrap. I agree with SuF's idea about listing these verifiers in a thread. Plznate4officialguideverifier.

 

There also should be a 100% no leak policy , Obviously...

Just put market mods on the case, and actually ASSIGN some to this cause, that want to. None of this OMM and UE faggotry.

I agree with this but:

Must be a respected member of the community.
Must be on Sythe for at least 6 months.
Must be nominated by one of the current staff.
Accumulated X amount of vouches as a result.
In General be a "Trusted" Member

You can't throw vouches into the equation. I can vouch someone for a cool name or for giving me $150,000. It would come purely down to a staff decision in my opinion.

 

Basically, if this idea gets approved, people who are able to do them must be recommended by a mod.

Not if there vouches are from previous guide selling.... Like I said earlier:

For the application process I'd suggest the requirements to be something like this:
- To have sold previous guides on the guide sections.
- Accumulated X amount of vouches as a result of selling these guides.
- In General be a "Trusted" Member and of course have the mods backing

 

well before you make somebody a verifier you have to have a pretty decent account other wise what's the point of being one. Like some guides require high lvls and you got a low lvl.

Yes, but most guides require a account. Am i right? What if you have some shitty lvl 30 account which can't do shit because its never done a quest.

All im saying is there no point of being a verifier if you have a shit account which would be pointless to verify

 

Then don't apply to be a verifier, lol.

Some guides require you to have combat, some require quests, some require nothing at all. The account you have doesn't matter if you're applying to verify a guide. The point is that if a user PMs you to verify their guide, you react and don't deny them and actually TRY to verify their guide.

 

I do agree that capabilities/constraints concerning a member's skill-sets and accounts should be addressed/questioned prior to being selected. A selected reviewer with low-level accounts and/or no ingame funds may start leaking to seek assistance to review

 

Not all guides involve RWT or GP sells..
