Training a range pure!

So I made a level 3 account a member, in hopes of turning it into a cool pure. So far it has all level 1s except:

40 range
9 pray (from quests related to animal magnetism)
28 hp
21 agi
15 theif
50 craft
18 slayer
51 wc

Everything except agi is for animal magnetism by the way.

update: I just got 2 defense xD

My question is what should I do?
I still have 1 def, but I imagine I'll have to level it up to be a good range pure
but what range level should I get first?

I kind of want to have 1 attack and str for as long as possible, is there a way to level defense well without using melee?!

What other quests should I do besides horror from the deep?

 

94 range 94 mage 40 def vengance 44 pray

then 50 att 92 str

 

my range pure is 99 range 44 pray 60 atk 81 str 92 mage and 85 hp, 75 combat.
he's got 2 defence =( but it's all good
just keep workin at it, get range all the way up, then you can decide later.

and long range mage bow trains defence...

 

make maxed zerker pure

 

Gl pal, if you would like some quick leveling, you could always try out SW.

The downside is that your HP will be low, however, you can SW it too afterwards.

 

Get def if you want tank.

veng is a must when I pk, I love how you can smack an easy 200 here and there

ur pure sounds nice man, but i find 99 range takes so long to get
fav training spots? and I know longrange trains def, im talking efficiently

i went to sw, but it's sooooooooo boring. and I hate how I'm always on the losing team.

and I don't know if I want to have a tank pure. On my level 112 main (not at all a pure, has stats all over) I use an ags and veng, i usually risk 500k because of barrows armor, but let's say the classic neiz+ags+rune armor+veng pker
and when I fight range tanks my level (or usually lvl 104 maxed), they kind of suck. ok, they can hit in the low 500s, but it's so rare and sooo preventable. black d hide is shit armor too. so I think i'd rather have a lower level pure, without defense (even though it's 2 -.-) i think i'll get 40 def. I wanna be using dragon bolts asap, they're so beast lol

im currently level 31 cmb, and i have accumulator its pretty jokes

 

Avas Accumulator is a MUST!

 

dont sw , if your doing it by hand, train at different places, some with high xp and low loots, some with high loots but low xp, differentiate to keep urself entertained, and tbh, maxing out your acc isnt really neccesary , i can pk with a lvl 20 as well as with a maxed lvl 85, its just the person who pkes and your fighting your lvls, so go for mirterm goals ex: 85 range maybe, try some knives to cbow combos, if u want 80-85 str, 50 atk if ur good at gmaul, 60 if u want a wider variety of combos

 

Go for this: 42 attack 42 strength 42 defence 44 prayer 82 Mage 80+ Range and Dbow them B******. Also do DT, so you blitz then Dbow spec its almost an auto KO everytime.

 

haha santee, any examples of good places? problem is i have low def. I don't really care about high loot places, I just bot my money usually
i don't like to bot combat, not only is it really slow, but with 1 defense it's sketchy. I have 99 farming on my main, and only 91 str. For some reason, I suck at training combat skills, they seem so hard for me xD especially range. currently 43 on the pure we're talking about

why 42? xD i dont think ill be doing DT again anytime soon, it was pretty hard on my main when he was low level 100, imagine on a pure =/

 

try al - kharid warriors with trout for now once you hit 70+ go to falador druids, theres usually some empty worlds, just gotta find them,

I suggest you become a tank. Get the ranged to like 70, and get 40 defence. After, I'd go for 99 ranged and then 99 defence. On the way you should get prayer up to either: 43/52/70.

 

yeah I'm down right now for 40 def, i guess later on 99
but i think 40 def, highest range, highest str and 60 att is nice
use a dds/d bolt combo at a low lvl
