My guildwar account recovery

So is it possible to recover my guild wars account it never has been NCsoft on my time when it scammed it tansfered to NCsoft
So is it possible to recover it back?

this has happened to me as well to have a chance you need to know all the details and have changed them (helps them tell your the original owner) access keys (big plus), it should be still with your email (another plus), have character names and creation dates (of characters and account) thats as much as i can help
