You could easily fetch $500 if you fetch the right buyer.

If you could find a buyer... easily $800 +, if you're desperate to sell I'm sure you could get $500 within a few days for it.

 

ive got a pretty cool name for it if youre interested... 99 slayer at (level 3) the level 3 is what happens when you have your mouse over the account name

anyways ot... i would say you could get around $1000 but I don't know of many that would be willing to buy it from sythe

I managed 60 slayer on my level 3, without soul wars before I sold it.

I did low level quests that gave slayer XP for the low levels such as a part of RFD that gave 1k slayer xp. I did other quests for lamps etc, then penguins and lamps till 60.

I sold a 99 agility skiller for $150, that was cleaned. You can sell a level 3 with 99 mining and 100m for i'd say around $200-250 or so to the right person, if not more.

EDIT: Ignore the people posting shitty offers like $110 for 99 slayer level 3. As far as i'm concerned only Pure Kq Pax has 99 slayer at level 3, unless more have in the past few months, since lv 3 sk ll fucked up.

The price is in your hands, due to the rarity. $500 + easy.
