You can pick it up.
Don't make it P2P. Just make it a nice F2P.

 

I would continue to work on strength, leave att at 40, do dragon slayer if you havn't already done, get 40 def and i would prob get range to 80 after awhile to. just leave def and att at 40 though you you should be good

 

You failed it IMO

 

Pking in f2p with that account wouldn't even be worth it IMO.
If you can afford membership, make it a zerker.

 

Do dragon slayer if not already, get defence up to 40 and prayer up to 44 and you'll own.

My friend made over 50m pking on his rune pure 100% f2p.

 

orr get 70 att and str and get high def and range and mage and be a tanker

 

I'd level the defence to 40, and then just start working on strength in pvp.

 

Just turn it into a main or a Barrows/DFS pure since it's too late for anything already.

Also, you do lose Torso and can't get it back.
