Sorry for cluttering up your thread, but why would an iPod touch need to be jailbroken? Last time I checked you only need to do that for phones.

A Jailbreak is when you "open" up the file system, allowing cracked apps to be installed for free as well as many other things. So no, Jailbreaking is not only for the iPhone.
