if you dont already get either perf fighter or autofighter pro

Get 1m by mining pure ess, iron or clay, it will take you one night botting it.

Buy all nessesitys, buy either 50k iron or 100k bronze arrows ( wont buy right away thats why you leave it in ge while you do other stuff ) rune scim, full iron, all shortbows, all scimitars , strength amulet, etc. 10k trouts, or as many as you can buy

Do Death Plateau Waterfall quest and Fight Arena( if you can do tree gnome village, save grand tree for when you have slightly higher range/mage ) Buy 27 climbing boots from that guy that sells them lol ( forgot his name )

Now either hand train or bot 1-60 str and 40 attack ( 1-50 range is optional i suggest you do since it wont take you long ) , you can do this at either cows, mins and stronghold securitiy or other low level monsters, really easy task, take you a day probably if not less.

now go to a mid world , a popular activity world ( soul wars, pest control, fist of guthix, etc ) of around 900-1000 players. get yourself to falador west bank i think it is, the one closest to the members side, now youll probably have around 31 agility because of the quest, if you dont, get it real quick. wont take long. Now, get out your melee gear ( rune scimitar, str amy, climbing boots, full iron, any cape, combat bracelet ) climb the agility shortcut wall, head north west until you see a (!) sign, climb down, follow the path your on, dont go through any doors or anything, until you reach the chaos druids, if your on a good world there wont be a person there, program your bot to pickup anything 0.5g or higher ( on perf fighter under the right box theres a little option there, choose it ) choose to withdraw 28 trout, set your acc to strength, and activate, youll be earning 250k/h and 20k xp/h , the higher the level, the higher the earnings. bot until desired level, you can range here without picking up arrows since you make ALL and more of your money back, get 85 mage, 90 range, 85 str, 50 or 60 attack, get addy gloves, do monkey madness, yes even at 50 attack, it will save you time later, zamorack book, ancient magicks, and hybrid, thats what iv done for a month and iv made 40m 85 str 86 range 85 mage 80 hp 50 attack, funnest acc iv had.

EDIT: Once your pking, your money might go down because of supplies, or you might desire some higher levels, well just bot druids, its alright experience ( not the worst ) and excellent source of money
Bored of pure pking? have 200m to spend? how bout making it a turmoil pure? iv never pked with one, but iv heard that they are currently the funnest accounts to pk on

Like others have said - Mining is GREAT. I'm currently skilling on my new account and will be turning him into my suggestion..

Phase 1:
70 range
70 mage w/ ancients
11 prayer

This pure rapes. You'll be around 51 combat with this and can hit 17-17-26 combos. My zerker pure did this before I went zerker. It was amazing fun, but expensive.

Phase 2:
82+ range
82+ mage

This is where the pure really starts to develop. The fun level will change depending on how good you are.. If you're good enough (And really it's not that hard) you can mindfuck and destroy everything that thinks its big.

You can PK in deep PvP worlds and teleblock -> destroy with range on trainers, or do a variety of range tactics (Knifes -> Blitz -> Cbow, ect) and still blow stuff up.

It definitely makes you a popular person in the PvP/BH worlds and makes it indefinitely more fun.

 

Just do pure mining, it makes beast cash. Or if mining bores you do some woodcutting, it is also great cash.

Just drop the logs until you hit willows, then cut and bank all willows in draynor until level 65.

Then cut yews in grand exchange and bank until level 80.

Then cut magic logs to 99. great cash.

Or cut magic logs to 90 then ivy to 99. still good amount of cash.

OR.

Auto hunt. best way to make cash

 

1. Make Around 150Mish GP Anyway you wish, Hunter, Mining, Fishing, Item Flipping, etc. Any way you wish.

2. Get 99 Range and 94 Magic 1st. Get the Most Difficult ones out the way 1st.

3. Get 60 - 99 Attack, 99 Strength 42 - 45 Defence 90 + HP.

4. Get Void and Fire Cape if you wish.

5. Buy Dragon Claws

6. Magic/D Claws Rush and Own!

Considering your other account is only temp banned don't waste too much time on this account, but I do suggest you making a Unique F2P pure.

Such as like 50 Defence 20 attack 30 Strength something you will have fun doing, it's not really up to us to decide you choose.

OnTopic: If you, as many others said, stick with mining you could bot some pure essence? Thats pretty good money and easy to mine.
You should make yourself 1-2M starting cash at least.

I think you dont want to spend to much time on this account?
Since your other account only has a temp ban, you will play that when it gets unbanned maybe? So, for a shorter term of goals, you should decide YOURSELF what you want to do. This is ALWAYS the best, but I suggest, if YOU want, start of with a 1 attack obby mauler, then you can move on to a VLS/ranger, a f2p 40 attack pure, G maul pure and so on. I can post some builds of these if you want? (Stats)

Maybe you like any of these builds and stay, its up to you.

A pure NEVER has to be maxed, it can own at lower levels also. This is something that is so bad to read, like "get 99 str and range and you own!"

Its unlikely that happens, because its hard to achieve a 99 even if you bot.

But, you can start of botting an obby mauler:

1-60-1, and then if you want you can bot some soulwars from here and get your str to 70+. If you want some combos with this, you should get your range as high as you can to not be range based. RuneHQ and tip.it have good combat calculators where you can see this.

You can do Seagulls from 1-40 str, and Rock Crabs 40-60. That would be one of the faster ways with 1 attack.

If you get tired on this build, you can move on and do "Death Plateau". This quest is easy, and gives you the ability to use "Climbing Boots". This gives you a good str bonus, not big but it matters! And also, it will get you to 16 attack. From now, you can train it normally to 20.

When you are at 20 attack, you can use "Corrupt Vesta Longsword". This is powerful, but only good for hitting once because if you have it wielded for 15 minutes, it degrades and your 3-4M is gone.

I highly suggested getting your ranged up here, as high as you can without reaching any combat, and then do a knives/darts > C.Vesta long.

This combo is very deadly, and I have used it myself.

You can use the same training methods, iron knives on Rock Crabs is a very effective way of training ranged at a lower level.

If you get bored on this, you can do attack quests for 40 or 50 attack. I think you can figure the rest out yourself.

Since you've already started with mining just keep botting on the account until you got a lot of cash base to start with then make a pure starting with all the quests you would do then if you don't like having 1 def make it a zerker or barrows pure both would rape
