So, im about to buy SWP, and i was wondering about how many zeals does a 1-99 take? or is there a zeel calculator out there that could figure out how many zeals from one level to another? ( if your redeeming in 100's).

Not completely accurate due to the SW update of a few months ago, but it gives a good estimate. Whatever this tells you, assume a few hundred less.
