A good guide to Dungeoneering.

Anyone know where i can find one? im currently level 16, level 3-10 took me hooours just to find teams to rush the low level floors.. then i did tears of guthix for 10-16 it sucks at a low level and is absoulute horrible exp to me :\ Anyone know a faster way to train it?
