    Marijuana: Our right to decide?

Life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.
    Life, liberty, and property.

Two phrases most of us have heard of/learned about. These are listed as "unalienable rights", that every man has.

Now, where does marijuana come in to play?

Well the word "liberty", means: 1. Liberty is a concept of political philosophy and identifies the condition in which an individual has the right to act according to his or her own will.

Alright, basically we have the will to do whatever we please, but there are boundaries, such as murder, theft, etc.

    Right to smoke Marijuana.
If we have the right to do what we want, why are we not allowed to use Marijuana for personal use in a private area? Private areas include places such as: your home, isolated areas.

It is obvious and proven that Marijuana makes nobody violent, so who are you affecting, other than yourself, in your own home?

There may be negative things about it, but it is someones own decision to use it. If it is not affecting anyone but yourself, why can you not use it for recreational use in a private area?
