Post suggestions for legit RSGP sellers that won't get you banned

Obviously Jagex is cracking down on this
I usually bought in smaller lots of ~200m from Divica and Chicksgold in the past but as it got cheaper my last one was 600m in about mid to last quarter of 2022, they traded me on a lvl 3 in lumby or g.e and boom got a warning.

I'll be using an alt this time and requesting shards but looking for suggestions of sellers big enough to not be scammers, but small enough that Jagex isn't hot on their heels because obviously Chicksgold isn't a good thing anymore, as I counted about 3-4 threads out of 6 I clicked onto asking questions about their RWT warnings or bans and they all had either OP use chicksgold or a commenter shared their own story about being banned when using chicks.

I liked Chicks, they're trustworthy and they keep up with the market price well but... Sadly can't trust them to not get me chain-banned.

Please share your stories/suggestions/vouches for the smaller guys below, it's hard to filter out the bullshit on this forum so easier to just hear real stories from you.

 

This isn't really the answer you want but really there is no seller that isn't going to be "safe" Using an alt to buy and transfer the wealth is also pretty redundant as it's now known Jagex track it.

Unless you know the person, you can never guarantee that you will be their exclusive customer. Especially if people start posting names in this thread lol. Sellers trade many accounts per day/week. The seller, regardless if they're on an aged account or not will eventually be flagged by Jagex as a rwter over an extended period of time and therefore your account will be at risk.

You can try to join a decently sized clan and see if any of its high lvl pvmers will sell you gold. Or just buy bonds - you get a better bang for your buck than you used to. It's annoying, but at the end of the day Jagex have cracked down on rwt to increase supply for bonds. There's no real advice anyone can give you to keep an account you care about safe.

 

it's a slippery slope. the few transactions the seller is making, the lower the ban rate. but people with few transactions tend to be scammers a lot of times.

so in the end, it's choosing between getting banned or getting scammed lmao

 

Have you considered asking the seller directly? or I don't know...looking for a seller that specializes in this?

 

Trade high lvl players. There are some traders here who are using high lvl accs. I am trading here since few years now also larger amounts, didn’t got a single warning yet. Maybe some traders have their own preference how they do it

Personally, we haven't had a single customer banned in over 2 years of business.

There are indeed practices we use to ensure this happens. However, even with us having confidence in our system, we can't read Jagex mind.

A few red flags I can mention:

- Lvl 3s
- Lumbridge
- weird locations
- f2p


If you stay away from those 4 things, you're already in a lot better place

 

What's said here is 100% correct. I'd also suggest that if you are really scared then there are options to buy from cape sellers/service sellers that tend to not be buying the gold. But nothing keeps you 100% safe.

 

look for legit smaller sellers (wouldnt recommend big sites since most of them use lvl 3s and most likely they are flagged)

 

It's so hit or miss, man. I swore off large gold sellers, anyone who trades in lumb, anyone who doesn't use a level 80+ account, etc. and still got hit with a 2 day RWT buy ban about 4 months ago. I used a reputable, but small gold seller on here. He confirmed that he got a perm for selling.
