Scammer - Hoodtale

I bought 2 pins from Hoodtale a few days back for $2.50 each. I sent the money to him first, but he told me to add a note in the payment saying that I am paying for goods that i already have received.

He claims that he has refunded me, but I have not received any refund, or any email from PayPal saying a refund is in process or anything.

A lot of people have posted on his thread that he is a scammer as well.

I sent him PMs saying that I have screen shots and chat logs of our conversation, and to refund my money or send the pins. Even after sending multiple PMs I saw him go online a few times, and he never responded them or my post on his thread.
