Have i lost my money?

So for the first time ever i purchased 10m gold for $9.60 from gold4rs for my pure.. They estimated this would take about 3 days..I've always been sus of these websites simply taking my money and not doing the job..

So i was talking to them before i purchased the gold and they explained to me how the process works - order, pay, they call then begin job etc..

So i purchased the gold and went straight back onto the chat and waited for their call. They then told me that they would call me in a few hours because their "system was down" Yet they wouldn't tell me what system that was.

Eventually they called and i spoke to a woman there who confirmed my Creditcard and account details. All good, she said they would begin work after this phone call.

4 hours later, they still had not logged onto my account.. I went back onto chat and they said they would begin work in 1-2 hours because their system was down.. once again they wouldn't tell me what system they were talking about.

now, 12 hours later. They have YET to log onto my account and get me my gold.. Just spoke with Paul from the customer support chat and he said this to me

 

Just keep asking them and im sure they will get to you.
They always say "The man is not here blablabla come back later

 

they are probably pretty busy. give them some more time. they most likely wont scam you

 

what a waste, 10 bucks could have been used to buy u a nice bot from rsbots.net like hunter.

 

Uh more like $10 + another $15, but I get your point. It probably is more beneficial to bot rather than to simply buy gold.

OP, you just have to wait and keep bugging them about it, they'll eventually get to it - that's how most of them work.

You would have been better off buying the gold from someone trusted on Sythe. As others have stated, though, just keep nagging them about it until they start.

 

It is HIGHLY unlikely that they will scam you. If the haven't gotten back to you when that 3 days is up demand a refund. If they don't give your money back threaten to sue.

 

they are really slow it took them 2 weeks to transfer 25m gold to me >.< but they are the cheapest i guess what can you expect?

They might be doing a few more orders, keep that in mind. Just wait 24 hours and contact customer support again. Be patient, it's best you don't rush such a process. I should know, I used to sell gold.

 

I don't mean to be negative but you do realize that you paid them ~10$(almost the cost of a good autofighter) to farm gold on your account for 3 days. I'd seriously reccomend just investing in a bot and you won't ever need to farm gold again.

 

The same thing has happened to me last night, request for a refund

 

Chinese gold farmers tend to procrastinate with their tasks, you will find the same problem with most other sites and for most other games also.
Give them a few days of chance and if nothing happens you can get a refund by threatening to call the police to the customer support guy as they usually just brush you off if you ask for a straight up refund.
Make sure you have your order # handy too.

 

Thanks all for the advise, and just FYI - i was sceptical of buying a large amount of money from them, so i started off with a small purchase.

But what's more of a risk, botting or having a chinese gold farmer on your account?

BTW - they started working on the account this morning, 36 hours after i paid for it.. pretty annoyed since they said they would start immediately.

 

Yeah gold farming is so slow, wait a couple of days then they will take like a week to get your gold

 

You'll receive it, they aren't going to make more trouble for themselves over a measly $10 when they receive orders $200+.

Just be patient and your turn will come around.

 

These Chinese gold farmers seem to do whatever is most efficient when farming the gold for your character... so they may be botting..
I know this is slightly irrelevant, but when I purchased World of Warcraft gold from Chinese gold farmers (all sites are associated with the same owners most of the time for all games) they had given me the gold off of accounts they had hacked, which resulted in the gold being refunded from my account back to those who were hacked. If they would do that I wouldn't doubt they would do illegal activity on your account.
