I never said there should be leniency inflicted on the case. I'm trying to understand his logic. And I was referring to his scenario- not providing a thematic element or a cliche, he has a daughter, who was pretty young at the time to provide 7 daughters, which we can assume loves him (most kids love their parents, right?).
