Want to Be Unbanned/Muted?

Hey, I've been playing "RuneScape" for a while now.
Seeing everyone bot. Ofc i didn't Report them.
i started to bot. on MultiPle account's
And they all got muted AND banned.
But
i found out a method!!
To unmute urself.. even if permamuted.
It CAN work with Ban's too..
