    Too Much Protein

    So I had to go get a physical to go to this camp over the summer. I took a urine sample test and they said I have too much protein in my urine. They asked me to take it again and the results were the same.

    I have no pain when I urinate and no pain around my kidneys. What can be the problem. They asked me to take it again the final time. Tomorrow is the last time I'm taking it. If the results are the same I have to go get checked for if I have anything wrong with myself.

    What can this all mean. I'm really freaked out... :(

    Too Much Protein

    To much protein is not bad. All you need to do is drink less milk, eat less cheese, or whatever you are doing to get as much protein.

    That or you can exercise more to make the protein into muscle. Protein is a big constitution towards muscle/fat gain.

    Too Much Protein

    All you need to do is to balance out your diet. You're probably eating too much meats and other protein foods. Having too much protein normally makes your hair and nails grow alot faster, if you're not experiencing this too, it's probably just in your genes.

    I wish i had too much protein, it'd help a lot at the gym. Maybe you should consider joining a gym, you'd probably get great gains?

    Please learn to diet, he wouldn't get great gains by have too much protein, moron. Bulking consists of eating more carbs then protein, to start you off. And you're probably assumeing "OH EAT WHITE BREAD!" No. There are two types of carbs, slow acting, and fast acting. There are also bad and good carbs. Good slow acting carbs can be found in fruit, brown rice, etc. Fast acting is considerd BAD, unless you use them at the correct times, assumeing that they are GOOD carbs, i.e, postworkout meal should be 2 scoops of whey to balance the protein (around 30g roughly.) Then 1-1 1/2 cups of Oats, for around 40-50g of carbs. Protein is essential to bulking, yes, but not as much as carbs are needed, along with vitamins. I'd suggest tuna on whole wheat bread for pre-workout meal. For the sake of my small temper, learn to diet for gains correctly.

    OT: I have no idea what your issue is, but I wish you luck at the appointment, and hopefully it isn't too bad.

    I'm really freaked out at the moment. Those are the first signs of kidney disease. :(
    I heard somewhere if you have too much protein in your urine it probably means you have kidney disease.

    You idiot, i didn't say all he needed was protein, i said it would HELP. And who the fuck said i was talking about bulking? Don't get all shitty at me for making a simple comment, i didn't feel the need to give him a big lecture about gym dieting considering i don't even know if he goes to the gym. I am currently reading 'AbSolution' by Shawn Phillips and he has one of the best bodies i've ever seen, yet he doesn't seem to eat much carbs at all. So it isn't essential depending on what sort of gains you are trying to obtain.

    Well what other type of fucking gain are you reffering to, other than bulking? Cutting? Even then you still need more carbs then protein. Well perhaps your hero is on synthol, or roids? Maybe he needs to diet properly too, look at somebody who actually diets properly, and gets true "gains", i.e Rich Gasparie, in his prime, Mark Alvisi, etc. If you didn't say that, stop implying like you are, like protein is the main source of GAINS!!!

    I had that problem too, your urine starts to reek, eat more carbs and find a protein calculator to find out the right (better amount) of protein you should consume.

    If you feel like you're experiencing those symptoms, I suggest going to an ER and having them do some tests on you. If you do have failing kidneys (or, kidney disease), you DO NOT want to wait around, you want to take action as soon as possible.
