    Am I able to use an Apple keyboard on my laptop?
    can i use an adaptor to use an apple keyboard on my laptop?

    the laptop is a Toshiba L450 - 136.

    I'm afraid that you must have driver for the Apple keyboard to run on your laptop. If you have a friend that runs your OS in Boot Camp, or you have internet access (you know what I'm getting at...) You may be able to extract the drivers. Worked for my Magic Mouse on Windows 7 64bit.
