welll i have money on my paypal but...

i dont have a bank account or anything but i have money it... and i have a spending limit of an extreme amount of... $0.00!!! any way to be able to send money? any help is appreciated

Or you could add a giftcard which raises the limit to 5k. Which should be enough.

 

You either spend it or find a close person like your parents to transfer to their bank account and later pay you back. hopes this helps

 

It's perfectly legal for someone under the age of 18 to create a bank account. Paypal can't check the age registered so you're good my friend.

thanks guys. im only 15 and me and my mom have like no money right now. infact she has 3$ to last us til friday XD and in order to make a bank account i need to have 100$ startup cash so ill make a bank account once i make more money.
