Who will win the 2010 Fifa World Cup Finals?

Who do you have?

I have a Spain winning. They're too talent loaded to disappoint, again.

 

France will win because... they just will.

I don't know, they have quite a few new players on the team, though.

 

They shouldn't of even qualified. When your over-aged star comes out and admits that it was intentional, then sir I have no hope for them.

Spain and Brazil have a shot of matching up in the round of 16 if the groups play out in a particular way, I'll have to check it out later though.

 

Spain is the team to beat this year. Along with Spain and Brazil, you forgot to mention England and Argentina.

I feel like this World Cup will be full of surprises despite all the injuries.

As much as I'd love to England, it's definitely going to be Spain.

 

I'm betting (literally) on Argentina or Spain winning the world cup. I know I love Portugal, but I don't think they'd win with Spain around

 

I don't take much interest in soccer really, despite my good friends following it religiously, but what I WILL say on the matter (and you can hold me to this)- I will personally give $1000 USD to a random Sythe.org member if New Zealand makes it in to the Finals..... that, and I'll chop off my left nut.

But I can guarantee you New Zealand have absolutely 0% chance of winning.... I was amazed they made it into the World Cup - that's a feat in itself. Haha ^_^

 

Well, the qualifying group they play in is a joke, so it's not that crazy that they made it.

I don't see how people can honestly say England has a shot. They are terrible on the big stage, too many big names not producing.

Argentina, I don't think they can get their act together, even with Messi.

Portugal, no comment, won't be there.

Brazil, will be solid. Spain is one of the few teams that can actually give them problems.

 

Spain or Brazil will win. Spain has not played many big matches after the Euro tournament and may face trouble if they match up against Italy in the quarters. Brazil should be able to win their left half of the bracket and I am expecting to see a Spain vs Brazil Final. Spain's weakness is their lack of good defensive middies, and if Brazil takes advantage of that they should be able to win. However, Spain has a star studded team that has been performing very well and they have my favorite player: Xavi, the 2nd best passer to ever live.

 

Spain too many star players, then again England does too but I cant see England winning the cup.

On a side note, England has always been my team and I am still going with them. I like Portugal's chance, but Nani is done which suck. Spain is loaded this year along with Brazil...

 

Holland has a pretty strong team, especially Robben if he can keep in form.

Why are you betting on the favourites? Bet on an outsider team who still have a real chance.
