Incorrect Payment Window for PIN what does that mean?

i just want to make sure it means pin has been used and is invalid. So am i right?

 

It means one of two things: That you may be trying to use an sms pin in pbp pin window and it can also mean that the pin may have been called in in the UK, and you are trying to subscribe from the US.

 

i have tried both uk sms and pbp and us pbp and sms it doesnt work :S

 

and by the way can one of u list all sms/pbp countries so i can try all. please and thank you. and one more question:

does it mean that the pin has already been used and has a chance of being used?

It means:
-Your using the wrong country
-Your twisting around whether its SMS/PBP
-Could be invalid

 

Could be that the pin has already been used. I put a pin in the pay be SMS box that I have already previously used and this error came up.

 

nope, it means that you have bought 3 pins in one months, and your maxed. You gotta wait 2 month and that pins works.. Has happened to me and my friend..

1 probaber reason is that u might had been scammed if u had buy it from other people,but if u buy it from phone or sms urself,then this may not be a valid reason~~
