[Request] Need Free Banner/Title/Signature

It's simple I have a firecape shop and I basically need:

A banner that somehow incorporates my full name in there (Vengeance88) and has pictures of jad and the monsters, etc. in there

I will also need titles to represent the various sections of my thread like:

Pricing
Terms of Service...etc.

And if possible I need a signature as well.

If you can animate the banner/signature that would be even more awesome.
