What is the current fastest training method for defense?

Another suggestion I have is to camp out @ Bandits with full guthans.

 

Dagganoths can be 60-70k xp/hr and drop good seeds aswell.

 

Armored zombies is amazing exp, piety with bunyip and proselyte, fire cape, defender ect = 120k+ exp an hour with SALVE (E).

decent money too.

 

Aren't they crowded tho?

Soul wars all the way broh. just join soul titanz or .. 3zealsftw.. always win 9 zeals a hour is really good xp and fast

 

I heard that to get the 100k+ xp you need SC helms or something like that. Are you really able to pull 100k+ xp an hour without them??

I've tried that numerous times, but it just seems way too slow for me.

This is a definite possibility for me right now. Thanks for the recommendations on which clans to join.

I'll probably do Bandits they continuously keep attacking so i guess it would be fast exp if not bandits then you should try flesh crawlers. Sorry but i'm not sure about the exp rates.

 

The best would be somewhere where u can 2-3 hit them,preferably a crappy defense monster.

What plznate said is REALLY good.
I'm pretty sure you can do it by hand, since you would only need to control the account that's healing, the other one should just keep attacking.
but you would need 2 computers i think.

 

Hypothetically, if you had a "friend" do it, would it be considered cheating? Or is it safe to do regardless? I don't want my account banned for this technique is all I'm saying.

Seeing as everyone is into soulwars so much, what do you think my chances of being banned would be if I botted with something from rsbots, or another similar bot?

Keep in mind, I wouldn't be botting more than 5-6 hours daily.

 

Very slim. Soul Wars is usually pretty easy to bot at, unless you bot like 10+ hours a day for weeks on end.
