XBLMatter92 banned

I have been banned for phishing accounts. the reason is here:

-First off, here is a previous post i posted before:

- Second, the accounts are illegally obtained via infectus mod chips. I did not
know I couldn't sell these are the time. Here is the link to their website for

- Third, I never sold one. My offer was declined as a bunch of people hopped on saying they are phished - not knowing they are modded.

So, I feel that yes, XBLMatter92 should have a infraction/ temporary ban. But, it should not have received a permanent ban.
