He refused to verify his partyhat in RS2.

He agreed that after I give him 20M in RSC to hold, he will trade me the hat in RS2. After that, I will give him the yellow partyhat for the 20M i gave him previously.

Briefly explain the trade: My RSC Yellow Partyhat with RS2 Purple Partyhat + GP for his Rs2 Green Partyhat.

How they scammed: He agreed that after I give him 20M in RSC to hold, he will trade me the hat in RS2. After that, I will give him the yellow partyhat for the 20M I gaved him previously. I believe he doesn't have a Partyhat in rs2, he insisted me to give him the yellow partyhat right after the 20M trade. After he said your loss in the last private message, he never replied ingame or via private message again.
