Paying $20 to whoever can help solve my paypal problem

Ok so here's the problem.

My paypal was hacked & I disputed the payments the guy sent. I was successful in getting my money back, but they limited my account.

Here's what I need to do to unlimit my account;

Confirm my location

Now here's the problem, to do that I need a credit card, which I don't have, so that option isn't possible to use.

Confirm your bank account

To confirm my bank account, all the details need to be correct. I use a fictitious name on my paypal, so that's not possible. To change my name I need proof of my real name, which I cannot do without them realizing I'm not 18.

Confirm your address

Here are some of the options I can use to confirm my address;






NOTE: I know there are ways I could fix it, but I don't feel like wasting much time or putting in much effort into getting $41 back. So if you have a quick & easy solution post here or PM me.

if you're good with photoshop you could edit a picture of a credit card or SS card. hope that can help.

 

Don't give paypal any personal info they hacked my bank account and charged me $100s and Im not lieing I got proof.
