What is the fastest or cheapest way to get to 86+ herb.

Yes thats right, i wanna get 86+ herb. I'm 72 herb atm. I really wanna know 2 simple and basic things:

1. What's the fastest way for 72-86 herb and how much will it cost and what would I need to make?

2. What's the cheapest way for 72-86 and how much it will cost and what would I need to make?

I hope i get the right answer from someone who did this himself.

Edit: i have a budget off 16m atm.. I'm making money at bandos every day so that will increase the cash pile.

 

You won't get it with 16M. I calc'ed 90 to be 93M a while back using Serum 207's. Those are your best bet if you want it cheap. Otherwise, grow your own herbs. I did that to 81 Farming/79 Herblore.

 

I say my budget ATM. I'm doing bandos for money. All my money is spended in gear (like 120m+) for gwd. This money i keep for herby and is 16m atm. And what ingredienets do you need for these serum's and how long would it take?

 

You need a Tarromin potion (unf) and ashes. The potions are untradable, and you lose around 850 for each potion made (they give 50 exp ea, that's a pretty low loss for Herblore).

I'd just use skill assistance system, or whatever its called.

 

Cheapest way would be growing your own herbs or killing those chaos druids.

Growing your own herbs isn't too bad, its slow ofcourse though. I currently have 65 farming + 65 herblore and i've made around 40M off it (when growing your own herbs, and making pots, you make money, rather than losing it).

If you clean ranaars I believe its 75-100k xp/hr or around there.

 

If you use mousekeys you can average around 50k herb exp / hour by cleaning herbs.

Also some are 1M + gp an hour, just have to see the price diferentials.

I average about 54k per hour.

 

Fastest and cheapest way to level up herblore is to make Serum 207. If your talking about the fastest and cheapest way that involves you doing nothing else but spending your money on the ingredient and then making it. I suggest using a bot that automatically fill water vials, making the actual serum and then banking. Also you should check runehq for the herblore calculator to fully understand how much it will coast to reach your goals.

 

Since you actually do this yourself, is it actually doable for a couple mil xp like this? It seems I would want to kill myself after 10 minutes of attempting this.

 

killing chaos druid to get herb is a really good way,but it takes some time though
