what is the point of recovs? help appreciated

first trade i did on here i got scammed, me and the other person traded accounts with recovs set on both so we changed recovs and used the accounts while waiting 2 weeks for recovs to change. with 5 days left, the other person recovered his account, so i tried doing hte same, but i keep getting denied in my recovery requests even though the answers to my recovery questions are right?

 

Recoveries are used to help your account have a higher chance of being recovered, some accounts however are harder to recover and need more information. Also I've tried recovering an account 3 times before and on the fourth time it worked so try to submit as many appeals as you can
