Yes, it did. Thats half the point of preordering. 1.) Getting it early 2.) being able to have the benifits of the pre order gift.

 

A royal crown is worth like $6.50 + in game cash. So that's basically your asking price.

 

I still dont know fully how it works but it looks like an in game item so maybe.

 

the outfit doesnt make you good u can just hack rank 50 and get all the gold guns anway.
