An exception to the rule.

This is really a simple suggestions,so lately, ive been measuring lots of signatures out of bored. (Which explains the tons of reports i make every day:embar But i recently noticed something, a quote box is 668 pixels wide, but the limit for a signature is 650 pixels, therefore your breaking a rule putting a quote in your signature,i propose putting a "clause" in the rules saying quotes are allowed, or even just putting it as a sticky somewhere.

I agree actually, I dont even think most users realize that. But outside of that, best beware ; )

Edited; And yeah, its not a huge deal but its kind of something somone could use to get somone they dont like infracted or w/e.

 

The quote box scales with the size of the page so it's no real issue.

 

Supprt , This matter should be looked into.

Personally , I hate quotes in sugnatures , such an eye sore...

 

Just to clarify, images only have a size limit on them because they stretch the page on smaller monitors which becomes irritating. Quotes don't do this and are therefore exempt from the rule.

 

Makes sense, i thought signatures were limited cause of it being an eyesore, but if it adjusts, it makes perfect sense.
