If I were you, I wouldn't use fire capes while pking, but that's just me.

I can't be bothered to even attempt firecaping. Also, why wouldn't you have tele tabs to the spot you're pking, so you could pick up your torso and firecape when you die?

Maybe stop pking in a Fire Cape? I made a mistake and did that with mines, :O.
