99's or cash??

hey do u think lv 99 is more respectable or having alot of cash and rare stuff is more respectable??

I think they are in the same boat even tho some people look up for rares more.

 

level 3 with party hat set or a maxed level 3 skiller.

I think most of us would chose the party hat set.

 

I for one would chose the skiller.A cb 3 noob running around with slay cape is more eye catching then a cb 3 with a partyhat in witch most people will think is just borrowed.

how long does a person need to earn a party hat haha,99 may take 1-2month per 99 , but how long does it takes to earn a purple phat??

 

with the phat set though, you can carry them all around with you and switch colors constantly. that will get a lot of attention i think

 

True,although it's pretty hard to have a phat set on a cb 3,but i'd still chose the skiller.From my point of view is more impresive a noob with slayer cape.

 

I'd want a partyhat set; I could easily sell some for trade + USD and with that money buy a maxed out skiller.

 

Rares, skills really don't mean anything.. Friend of mine has a level 98 with over 2 bil with 0 99's.
Account gets plenty of respect, yet he has no 99's.

 

It depends on the 99. I agree that any party hat overcomes any skill cape, but you need quite a bit of money for that.
However, a Runecrafting cape/ Summoning cape looks much better then a santa hat.
I would level up a skill and make some money, so that you can buy a rare. That way, you don't have to choose one or the other.

 

Um.. I think rares/money is more respectable.

 

You can get most skills to 99 with alot of money.
You can make a lot of money will 99 skills.

If you have 99 herb, or a santa, I would take 99 herb, but 99 cooking or fletching, or a santa, definately santa.

Rares can be bought but skills cannot be (as easily as a transaction of receiving a half wine for trade price) so I would have to say skills are more respectable.

 

I'd prefer 99s, tbh. I even cba to bot them.. I think it's more of an achievement.
