What do you perfer, Range or Melee? And why?

Which will you choose and why?

 

Overall, melee as it's so diverse and incredibly cheap. Depends on the situation really.

 

Melee, because it levels your combat more.

I would much rather just skill though, because it makes more cash IMO.

 

Melee. The attacks / weapons are so much better imo.
I love godswords.

 

Range because it hits faster and with fll void-99range u can 1 hit some one.

 

In p2p, I like range way better because it has a wide selection of weapons. Dragon bow, dragon bolts, onyx bolts... the versatility of range in p2p makes it good.

In f2p, Melee is way better.

Comparing range's max hit of 18 with melees max of 33(or 34) makes melee better. Although range is faster, it is not 2X faster.

Although a combination of the two is the best. For pking, range 2h combos in f2p are the easiest way to ko someone unless you are really high strength.

 

i like range,although i never PVped after the wilderness update,but i saw from some video range can 1 hit KO some1 easily...

Melee, since I'm a combat freak and never was really attached to Ranging even though I would love to range if I had 99 in Ranging.

 

Depends on the situation ENTIRELEY.

Range is good at lower levels for tanks because hybriding, people with 99 range are good hybrids and its good for arma at low levels.

Melee is better overall imo, but range defenetly has its benifits.

 

Melee is more fun because of the variety, if you have enough cash

 

out of the two you listed, i prefer melee because i have yet to train any of my accounts past 85 range. melee is diverse and features a ot of different weapons and combinations of weapons.

i like magic more though. nothing more bad ass than freezing like 6 niggas in a block of ice

 

Magic, i love Barraging people, i love the effects and animations.

 

Love ranged weapons and outfits. Void, dbow, black d'hide... Just outstinding. I love ranged.

 

Range, melee is such a pain to train.
