Banned for my sig?

Alright, so i got banned for "Owning a botnet." not for selling bots, not for selling bots, because i know thats not allowed. i read over the rules almost 5 times and the ONLY thing about Nets in the rules says "No selling Host Booting Guides" or something like that. theres NOTHING in the rules about haveing in my signature that i have a net. nothing at all. how fair is it to ban someone because of a few words in the sig saying they have a net when theres NO rules about it, AND no warning. i think thats pretty fucked how you guys banned me, forever, with no warning or anything like that saying something like "hey, your not allowed haveing ANYTHING related to botnets on this fourm" or atleast give me a 2 week or month ban or something. nope. instead your just like "hey, even tho theres NO rule on saying your not alowed to say you own a net, and you arent selling bots and or advertiseing the sale of bots, also your not spreading bots, we are going to ben you forever without any warning because thats how we roll" 110% UNFAIR in my opinion. if someone can PLEASE give me a reason how thats fair, please tell me. oh and also, my last appeal, you guys dident give me a reason on how thats fair, but ALSO, you said "we banned one of our top posters/mods because he owned a botnet a while ago" but yet no one decided to make a rule on this STILL?? you just let people wander into your little trap without makeing a rule on it. also, UNFAIR. Owning botnets is illegal and the ban is warranted.
