Same happened to me but for 07, seller had high reput but was a reseller, person recovered after 8 days, luckily seller refunded me and even covered me the bank loss

 

Terrible site, allows buyers to leave fake negative feedback, and even with proof eldorado will not remove..

AVOID THIS SITE AT ALL COSTS

 

A buyer left me negative feedback because we had to cancel order as he wanted extra things done so I told him to create a new order, and I told him I am busy at the moment with other orders and now has left me invalid feedback! please remove this now as I can provide all proof needed.

Keep in mind that feedback can always be changed by the buyer, you don't have to respond immediately in that manner. You can usually work things out. I've been on rune-server and other forums such as sythe
and seen other sellers complaning
and you guys removcing them
the buyer is not replying to me and is reading and ignoring me

I am not quite sure what you are referring to. We only remove reviews when they are against our enforced rules.

This is againsst rules, the feedback is INVALID
If this is tthe case and you guys wont help then I'm sorry to say but I wont be using your paltform anymore

If a review gets removed, it doesn't mean all negative reviews can be removed.

Why would you do that? I was explaning the situation... I have orders ongoing, and by doing that you'd be stealing my money...

We cannot remove any negative feedback unless it is from your competitors intentionally ruining your feedback score. This is mentioned in the seller rules: https://i.imgur.com/A9ROHfe.png

He did nothing wrong, he left negative review because of your service.
How about you go and talk to him to try and solve the issue?
I have clearly stated that we will not remove the review. Your only option is to contact the buyer.

I already done that, he didn't leave a negative review because of my service, the service was that he was asking for more things, I told him he would need to make a new order for that...
If I carried on with the service, I would not be covered as what he was asking for was not in the original order
Therefore his negative feedback is invalid

We are sorry to see that you had a bad experience initially, but it's great to hear that the seller worked it out with you in the end. Buying from high rated and trusted sellers is always recommended, especially when it comes to high value accounts.

In the not so distant future, we will release additional protection features for account buyers. I can't say much yet, but stay tuned. Account recovery is an issue we are aware of and we're working hard to provide a better experience for our customers.

Sorry to hear that you received a negative feedback. Our policy here is very clear - we do not remove buyer feedbacks, except in very special circumstances, such as if a competitor is "review bombing" you with many fake accounts, or the feedback contains offensive language.

Otherwise, customers are free to express their feelings using our feedback system, even if the seller does not agree with their opinion. When you cancel an order - the customer did not have a positive experience. They did not receive what they ordered, they feel bad, and so leaving negative feedback makes perfect sense.

If other sellers claim that support has removed feedback in a similar scenario - please report such cases to us via DM. It is possible that a support team member made a mistake and removed feedback without following proper procedure. We can investigate the case and make sure it does not happen again.

@EldoradoGG My account was permanently banned for suspicious activity while I did nothing wrong. Livechat agent banned me from the chat aswell. Can you look into that?

You shared your discord account in someone message box and this got you banned forever for suspicious activities, email them to get this sorted
