Who's it written by? Since you say it's really good, then I guess I'll have to check it out. What was so good about it? Could you provide a synopsis of the book?

I usually like to check out the synopsis of a book before reading so I know what it's about.

This book interested me to a point but upon learning the synopsis consists of teenagers fighting to the death completely disenchanted me.
