Lunestic is a scammer (very detailed evidence included)

About one and a half months ago, I purchased an account off of a Sythe user under the name 'Lunestic'. The corresponding thread can be found here: http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=811346

I posted an offer on the second page of the thread, after which I posted another time. This post looked like this:

Lunestic then agreed to it and we handled things well via MSN Messenger, and I paid 60 dollars for the account.

After about one and a half month of me owning the account, all of a sudden, the password was changed when I tried to log onto the account. (I can send the account's name to a Moderator that wants to verify the stats that he put in his thread, so that it is clear that this trade indeed took place). Of course I knew what happened: Lunestic recovered the account back, and when I tried to recover it, the recovery questions I set upon receiving the account had already been changed.

I sent Lunestic a PM via Sythe, which was the following: [IMG]

Of course, I didn't have any evidence of the fact that Lunestic recovered my account back, and I hadn't saved any MSN convo's, so I started pesking him by merking all his posts with a "trade with caution" remark. An example can be seen here:

I had also posted on his 'vouch thread' (link is here: http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=812868 ) that he is a big scammer, on which he (FINALLY) replied the following CRUCIAL message:

This message got me thinking, because he was stating that I had 'claimed the paypal payment'. This is not possible when money is sent as a gift (directly), right? I mean, everyone's always bringing that to attention. So I checked my PayPal history to see if there's any evidence of the fact that I INDEED made the payment as a gift (which I did), so that I could prove that he lied in that post, although he conceded that he recovered the account (took him a day to make that lie up). I found the following in my PayPal payment history (changed my PayPal language to english for better understanding):

Now, upon opening this payment, I get the following details, with the evidence that it was indeed a direct payment (gifted) and that I was unable to 'claim' the money back:

So yes, that's it. If this isn't enough evidence, then I don't know what is. This a-hole punk basically stole 60$ and my time from me. It's a good thing that I trained the account's defence to 77, thus making it pretty much worthless. I guess he was expecting some trained skills and a big pile of cash in the bank.

If more evidence is needed, please contact me. I'm willing to do everything to get this scum off the boards.

EDIT: I may even make a video of my PayPal account (or use Teamviewer) so that you (a Mod) can see that my 'Payments received' list is empty, which indicates that I have not claimed back the 60$. Yes, I've got a lot of time on my hands now that I'm done with school and I better get this kid off the forums :D

EDIT2: This is him, posting a comment yesterday in which he now sells the account he has just recovered back (I trained the mining to 85 and upped the defence to 77 to train for Graahking (57 summon charms) and Abyss RC'ing):

    EDIT3:
Also, if I were to have reclaimed the 60$, why hasn't he reported me as a scammer?

If I'd claimed the money back, he should be able to send us a picture of his PayPal account transfers stating so.
