Had a active service with runemetrix but the past few weeks little to no progress was being made on the account, when I asked him about this he gave me a pretty odd excuse but assured me that his worker will pick up the pace, that was 10+ days ago and his worker hasn't logged onto the account since. On top of that around 350m+ was removed from my account. (runemetrix claimed he removed the gold from my account to protect it)

Would like @RuneMetrix to return the removed gold, and to refund me on the work that was not complete.
