Unfair Banning.

Banned for: Scamming

Hi, I've tried to log onto my sythe account earlier today and when logged it, I was informed that my account has been banned.
After further researching it seems someone had posted a thread in the report a scammer section. This thread claimed that I, on an email named [email protected] had scammed him out of a Royal Crown. First and foremost I have never had an email account named [email protected] - my email is clearly stated as [email protected], which I had added the person in question on from but haven't managed to catch on him online.
The really interesting part, is that the account 'yakrealhard' which claimed I had scammed him, has since been banned on sythe for scamming himself...
I have been on sythe over 3 years now, and have had many successful RS trades; ranging from account selling, pin trading, and item trading.
Hopefully the situation can be resolved as soon as possible as I had a few trades on the go, which now have ceased.

The reason you were banned was because the person who was scammed by you (your account pm'd him back) never posted on your thread about selling a royal crown. Not only that, but he only included his msn in the pm he sent you, so it is nearly impossible to assume that anyone but you could have known he was trying to sell a royal crown, seeing as he had no other thread or anything of that sort. The only post he even made on your thread was of you scamming him, so no one could have added him separately, trying to impostor you.
